County Physical Therapy’s mission is to provide optimal care while returning patients to the most functional lifestyle possible. This includes work duties, recreation and sports, and activities of daily living.
Timing is important. The sooner you are seen, the sooner you can learn about your injury and how to help yourself. County Physical Therapy does not have waiting lists, with new patients seen and evaluated within 24-48 hours of a referral.
